2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When the website is accessed, technically necessary server log data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer URL, browser type, browser version and operating system.
The processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably, to detect errors and to prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where STRATO processes personal data on our behalf, this is based on a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR.
3. Contact form and email delivery
If you use the contact form, your name, email address, selected topic and message are processed to handle and answer your request. Technical connection data and a short-lived, pseudonymised value derived from the IP address may be processed to prevent spam and repeated automated submissions.
The message is transmitted through the STRATO SMTP server and delivered to info@weactglobal.org. The visitor's email address is used as the reply address. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual requests and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and protecting the form from misuse.
The data is deleted when the request has been completed unless legal retention obligations apply. Anti-spam rate-limit data is automatically discarded after a short period.
4. Language preference
The selected language is stored locally in your browser under the key “weactglobal-language”. This is used only to remember the language you selected and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can delete it through your browser's website data settings.
5. Google Fonts
This website currently loads the fonts “Inter” and “Barlow Condensed” from Google Fonts. When these files are retrieved, the browser establishes a connection to Google servers and technical connection data, including the IP address, may be transmitted. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
6. Font Awesome via cdnjs
Icons are currently loaded through the cdnjs content delivery network. When these files are retrieved, the browser connects to the provider's servers and may transmit technical connection data such as the IP address. cdnjs is provided through Cloudflare infrastructure.
7. Clipboard function
If you click the buttons for copying the IBAN or BIC, the browser's clipboard function is used. No additional personal data is deliberately transmitted to an external provider by this function.
8. External links and social media
External providers are contacted only after you click a corresponding link. The respective provider is then responsible for further processing. The current social-media buttons use placeholder links and do not automatically embed platform content.
9. Cookies and analytics
The supplied website code does not use analytics, advertising or marketing services and does not set advertising cookies. If such services, embedded videos, maps or social-media plugins are added later, this policy and the need for a consent banner must be reviewed before publication.
10. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

12. Encryption and updates
The website should be provided exclusively via HTTPS. This privacy policy will be updated if the website's technical functions or data-processing activities change.
